Oh my God ....Three owls on a tree.

I seen some crazy weird animals. But not in Singapore right? Until yesterday, a friend sent me this picture!
Yes , they claim it's taken in Singapore. A few things quickly went across my mind. Firstly it's a damn good picture. How do you get a shot like this right? Secondly, these are really fine looking owls, though they looked kinda "surreal" . Thirdly I've never seen a real life owl before, only Harry Potter's Hedwig & that's in the movies. Fourthly do owls hang around during the day to pose for pictures ? Weird !!!!

Money is not everything, it cannot buy happiness ...seriously ???

My friend finally found a job! It pays her only $1800 per month! I ask her why she even bother to go to work. With her qualifications, she should be able to get a better job with a much better pay. But she has been applying to many places & either they don't want her, or she feels that the job is too "Tough". Mostly she feels that the higher paying jobs are way too demanding & she's not "OK" with that!

In case you think I'm one of those youth that 'ask for too much', well this friend of mine has an MBA, so now you see where I'm coming from? All those time & resources into education & she is settling with only $1800- per month now. Don't you think it's mind boggling ?

She told me " Money is not everything, it cannot buy happiness !" Sure .... I invited her to donate her paycheck to me! It's crap right? It's not even a well thought out excuse.

My unusual birthday presents

My Aunt Candy is a pretty odd person & gives unusual gifts. Recently she's on a roll giving "charitable" gifts. For example 2 birthdays ago, she gave me a card which said that 10 African children had been given an effective treatment for malaria from a donation in my name. While that's wonderful & cool , all I really wanted was a paid skiing vacation to Hokkaido.

For my last birthday, I have got a tree. Yes that's it, a tree planted in my name in Israel ! I've never even heard of something like that before. This year she out done herself , still no Hokkaido trip , not even a trip to Bangkok, no Prada backpack ? Nope !!!! She has "adopted" me a bird from Jurong Bird Park! Again, I'm not sure if that's even a thing or possible? So do I have to go pay this/my bird a visit, can I bring it home, do I get to name it ?????

Oh boy .....
and all I really wanted this year, is this Prada Back Pack !

The BIGGEST zit !

I felt heavier when I woke up this morning, so I got out of bed & weigh myself on my new weighing machine I just bought. I looked down at the number, "Nope, still 50 reasons to love ME 💖, yay still 50 kg !" Relief I stepped off  & caught my reflection on the mirror . AHHHHHHH, saw the  culprit- it's the BIGGEST zit on my face I've ever seen since hitting puberty, complete with pus ....yikes !!!!

I can't believe this is happening. Gonna pop it asap. There's really no classy way to describe popping a zit, but what's needed ,has to be done! I squeezed it hard, clean up the mess, pile on some concealer & pray to God I don't bump into my X & his current girl friend on the way to work.....😟

Nothing can stand in the way of love !

I bump into an old friend Bethany . She has emigrated years ago when we were still in secondary school. So I was kinda surprise to see her walking around at 313 eating a small bag of Garret pop corn. Even more surprise the first thing she said was :" damn... this is good, want some?" then she pushed her pop corn to me, as if nothing has happened or changed (weird!!!!). I blurted out " what the hell are you doing here? Australia deported you ? "

She laughed so loud, & it seem like yesterday again. She was known for her very distinctive laughter back in school. It's pretty infectious & we love it , kinda hilarious- always! No Australia has not deport her, in fact she is getting married to a homeboy. Wow ! She's back for an interview as she said she cannot find a good job in Australia. Both she & her Australia fiance are jobless-  wow!

But why get marry if both are jobless. She said 'nothing can stand in the way of LOVE ' ...double wow.. My parents would disown me, if I do that. She cracks up again & said hers has already threatened to do that, that's why she's here looking for a job. And the fiance? He's here too, looking for a job as well. Any luck so far? Not really, they have been here only for 3 days.... at that point, I saw a lanky handsome blond guy walking towards us & before I could process my thoughts, he has already hug me & tell me how wonderful it is to finally meet me!

Mike obviously know me, I'm in most of Bethany's pictures from school & I haven't changed much. I stared at them, they do look very much in love & I'm quite sure Mike would have no problem finding a job here. He's really cute! As for Bethany, her personality alone will get her into most places, I'm serious. So glad she's back! Can't wait for the wedding now :))

To Mike & Bethany , all the BEST !!!

Duromine, Panbesy & Garbaslim weight loss results, a month later

It's been a month since my experience with duromine, panbesy & garbaslim. At the 3 weeks point, I lost 3.5kg. Now a week later, I lost almost another kg. If you ask me what I think of the results, I'll said, I am very satisfy! I don't think I can ever lose so much weight within a month without the help of duromine, panbesy & garbaslim.

I've tried in the past on numerous occasions with different kinds of diet. Not possible. Besides the will power, I think the fact that I'm living in Singapore makes it even harder. Why? you can find food every where. It's just too easy to get your hands on any kind of food. Now, if I live in Alaska or Iceland or somewhere like that, I'll probably be so skinny due to the weather & the difficulty of getting food- I guess ...haha...

I bet people in these cold countries will never need duromine, panbesy & garbaslim. They would probably need all the fats in the body for warm! Told my friend that & she rolled her eyes! She thought people from cold countries also want to look good, & because of the extra food they might eat, they would probably be quite heavy, so would indeed need weight loss pills like us. She insisted there's no difference! Plus cold weather makes you want to eat  more and sweat less, so you can't sweat it out like us.

Hmmm.... I remember when I was on vacation in Japan during winter, I was indeed hungry all the time. The cold weather makes people hungry I guess. Look at the people from Thailand. It's so hot there, people are all nice & slim. They probably don't need weight loss stuff like duromine, panbesy & garbaslim at all ...lol... so lucky!
But wait ... Singapore is just as hot... but we have all the cool nice malls & food everywhere!

Even cats got fat during winter ....lol... need some panbesy & garbaslim kitty ????

Duromine, Panbesy & GarbaSlim effective for weight loss !!! No more fat ass !

My plans of eating only fresh uncooked food lasted only half a day. I ding dong a few other not so brilliant ideas & finally decided to go the way all sane people should have gone from the start. I've decided to take slimming pills. I google & it seems the 2 most popular & effective are duromine & panbesy. Safe as it's given only by doctors. Much reviews online, so I went to one of the most popular Panbesy clinic at Orchard, to see a Dr Keith Ong.

Made appointment with the Panbesy clinic, I went with a friend as I'm a little nervous. It's my first time ....haha.... Hallie my BFF, tag along willingly as she's curious too. We were the first patients & did not have to wait, so far so good. Dr Keith is friendly & quickly explain to me what panbesy & duromine do. And also about some other dietary stuff, & side effects & a bunch of other things: unfortunately not all the information got through to me, as I was too excited about the prospect of finally losing weight & doing something for my fleshy ass!

So my advice, if you are a first timer, please get a hold of yourself, calm down & listen to Dr Keith! It's good stuff. For me, I have to go back online to check for the information I missed. Lucky it's quite well documented by some other bloggers:))

So here it is, I'll summarize for you:
1) With Panbesy & duromine, when you experience side effects (e.g. thirst, insomnia, heart palpitations etc....) , don't panic. It'll wear off once the body get used to it. Also don't starve yourself. Eat your meals, it'll reduce the side effects. Eat moderately.

2) OR you can take it on alternate days. It'll work just as well.

3) Don't take fruits. Take vegetables instead for fiber. Fruits' sweetness will sabotage your weight loss. Many fruits are acidic which is bad for your tummy, (as you would be taking less food already) , also the acidity makes you digest faster & you'll get hungry faster.

4) Don't take spicy food, as it increases your appetite.

5)Naturally cut down on sweet things (e.g. soft drinks, coffee with sugar, desserts, cakes & donuts etc...) But if your side effects is bad. Take some, it'll help. Also if you feel moody, can take some sweet things, but don't over do it.

6) Do light exercises. Don't go jogging some long distance.

Will update if I could think of more:)

What I bought from Parsons Medical Clinic:  3 tabs of panbesy, 1 month supply of duromine, 2 months supply of fat burner Garbaslim, & 1 bottle of Vitamin D.
